Hello, I have been using your Garnier Olia #90 for several years. You have changed the packaging since my last purchase, now with the Developer in a squeeze tube that has to go into the Olia Jar Applicator.
First, when you open the cap, the developer squirts out all over. Then, when you are trying to squeeze it into the applicator jar, it doesn't come out and you have to cut the Developer tube and scoop out the contents with a spoon. It is very messy, and I have pictures of the process. It is not easy.
I would highly recommend changing back to the Developer being in the Applicator jar, or I really have to find another product.

The company had no idea that this research was even going on in the first place I did receive a call and the supervisors are trying to work on it and see who this is that conducted this research they have no clue and they are in the midst of an investigation right now
This has been weeks now and they will not pay me my incentive they will not give me the money that I was promised prior to even agreeing to do this research! Their customer service is unprofessional and highly unknowledgeable about anything! They don't know how to put me with someone that is in the marketing and researching team they don't know how to connect me to a supervisor they don't know how to do anything! They also don't know how to give their consumers their incentive that test their products either!
With the company like this as big and reputable as people seem to think they are, oh yeah and they strive on transparency and honesty!
To me in my opinion when you have someone testing your products and you refuse to pay them to me that's stealing you're a thief! Simple as that so in a nutshell tested their product they won't pay me!

I am a long time customer of your Telescopic Mascara. I recently purchased one and noticed that the brush wand is so cheaply made that it bends when using or putting it back into the holder.
I will now need to look for another brand to purchase as I cannot continue using yours. Very disappointed as I loved this mascara.

Bought mascara that they put out, works like a dream. Only thing is trying to put the wand back in the tube can be exasperating.
The brush bends when you start putting into the tube, so the wand wont go in.
Didnt hold too long b4 I got a lovely young lady who is sending me coupons for the cost of the product. No hassle, just great customer service!

Amber Heard is definitely not the type of person you should have representing your brand. The woman is dis-reputable, disgusting and in the public eye, she's a lying pig.
I'm not the only one who thinks so but you probably won't hear much about it since I had a hard time finding a place to vent (I'm not even sure if this is the right place). I think she's been totally discredited. You should remove her from your commercials. At this point I will never buy any product she is representing.
I think you are losing customers because of her and her sad, disgusting displays she's been involved with lately. She's toxic to your brand as she should be representing someone beautiful and honest, yet she has shown nothing but ugly as her true persona. Please pass this on to whomever you think should see it.
I'm personally done with L'Oréal for now and other consumers are as well. L'Oréal is a fine brand but hurting itself with a bad choice of one very questionable spokesperson.
